Console
The web console and its users (control/README.md, 控制台：用户、会话、成员和网页): signing up, verifying an address, signing in and a new password by mail (/v1/auth/*, which need no session); the signed-in user's own (/v1/me); the accounts it is a member of, with their projects, members, invitations and record (/v1/accounts/{id}); and the console's page and files (/console/). A control plane started with --console false has none of them: each is 404 no_such_route, and the session's cookie opens nothing.
