Connected apps

Apps and agents a user connects to Glac with OAuth (control/README.md, 应用用 OAuth 连上 Glac): Ory Hydra is the authorization server (--connect-issuer), and leaves signing in and consenting to the console. Its metadata, a client's registration (RFC 7591) and the check of a client's metadata document are the control plane's, at the authorization server's name; the browser comes to /v1/auth/connect/* to sign in and to consent; the user's connected apps are /v1/me/connections…; an app's access token calls the API (connectedApp). A control plane without an authorization server has none of these calls: each is 404 no_such_route.
